uhttpd won't start at bootup if bind to specific IP (Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH)

Description

If uhttpd is configured to explicitly bind the lan IP addr (eg 192.168.1.1:443) instead of 0.0.0.0:443 there will be no running instance of uhttpd service after bootup

It will be possible to startup uhttpd manually by means of console commands.
