Description
Hi there, I have booted the router into failsafe mode and then used telnet to log in, tho when I enter passwd and "New Password:" appears, I can't type anything in there. Nothing shows up when I press any key whatsoever. And now with the new Telus Gateway I'll have to disable the DHCP on the TP Link router in order for the wireless internet to work thru it. ehow_com/how_7959355_hook-up-dlink-telus-modem.html (I obviously don't have a D-Link router tho its the same idea for any router, right?)

Its normal that passwd does not echo the characters you enter. Also its unclear what the intention of this ticket is, the tracker is no support forum.
