n810: /tmp/cc49ccJF.s: Error: .size expression for cpu_resume_turn_mmu_on does not evaluate to a constant

Reported by: anonymous Owned by: developers
Priority: normal Milestone: Barrier Breaker 14.07
Component: kernel Version: Trunk
Keywords: Cc:

Description

I got this while compiling trunk r30795. I used the default settings, but used glibc instead of uclibc.

The offending file seems to be build_dir/linux-omap24xx/linux-3.1.10/arch/arm/kernel/sleep.S, but I don't really know what I'm doing.

I've read that binutils might be causing the problem, which seems to have been updated recently.
