These messages are normal. The squashfs is not aligned on an erase block boundary in order to maximize the available flash space.

Even if it is not working, it is not related to the messages you did put in the ticket description. Please show me the full bootlog.

The current TL-WR1043 image in the snapshot dir is indeed broken. The underlying swconfig issue has been fixed in r30485, so the next snapshot should be working again.

Which svn revision did you use in your own build?
