#10977 new defect

When ubsec is enabled on wgt634u, cyptotest -c -a aes produces decrypt mismatch

Description

Issue first described here: https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=18805

While the original poster thought this has to do with the export control pin, I have to disagree with him, since md5_hmac and sha1_hmac both pass (and neither algorithms are supposed to be supported by the crippled chip). In addition, arc4 also produces a mismatch error.

I have investigated this problem a bit further: Using openssl to encrypt with the cryptodev engine, then decrypt (using either the cryptodev or the software engine) a file using aes-128-cbc will produce an error. But if I used aes-128-ecb instead, then the above procedure works perfectly.
