#10691 new defect

Trunk 29623 hangs with Compex WP543

Reported by: ericlarson@… Owned by: developers
Priority: normal Milestone: Barrier Breaker 14.07
Component: packages Version: Trunk
Keywords: Cc:

Description

I have a WP543 that works fine with a number of versions of backfire. I've built a trunk image with no changes other than setting the ath5k driver in the kernel. This image hangs at the point in the boot cycle where the kernel is bringing up the system console (see console output, below).

I have checked that the correct SPI drivers are in the kernel as well as the correct MTD settings.
