#10270 closed defect (invalid)

asterisk - missing /var/lib/asterisk directory

Reported by: pavel.borecki@… Owned by: zandbelt
Priority: high Milestone: Backfire 10.03.1
Component: packages Version: Backfire 10.03.1 RC5
Keywords: asterisk Cc:

Description

Current version of script /etc/init.d/asterisk isn't creating directory /var/lib/asterisk
This is serious problem, because Asterisk is told to place its database file there.

Possible solution is to add this line into script /etc/init.d/asterisk:

[ -d /var/lib/asterisk ]
mkdir -p /var/lib/asterisk

just above the line

[ -h $DEST/usr/lib/asterisk/astdb ]
ln -sf /var/spool/asterisk/astdb $DEST/usr/lib/asterisk/astdb

Thx!
