Missing modules in asterisk18

Hi,

I've developed a PBX interface for OpenWRT, but some of the features (and future features) won't work until the following modules become available (as part of asterisk18 or as separate packages as you see fit):

load => app_disa.so
load => app_senddtmf.so
load => func_cut.so
load => res_clioriginate.so

Please excuse me if one or more of the above modules are already available, I had a look through the packages, but it may be part of another one. Also, app_senddtmf is not *strictly* necessary, but may be useful for Google Talk/Voice functionality.
