Huawei UMG1831 3G USB Modem not working when hard boot.

I am running trunk r28194. I am using Huawei UMG 1831 3G USB Modem and Ubiquity Routerstation-Pro device. When I hard boot device, 3G USB modem never switch to right product ID . After boot lsusb command show

But as soon as I unplug and again plug modem device. It not only switch to right product code but also connect to 3g network. lsub command show

I hard booted device many time but USB modem never detected properly. But as soon as I unplug and again plug it work properly. My /etc/modules.d/60-usb-serial file contain

usbserial vendor=0x12d1 product=0x1404

It is working in trunk version with kernel 2.6.39

Same problem again at r40698

Hi, not sure what exact USB hub you're using, but I am having trouble with one which also identifies as: "Genesys Logic, Inc. USB-2.0 4-Port HUB", this may be the problem, see my ticket /ticket/17657.html
