# mount -t mini_fo -o base=/,sto=/jffs "mini_fo:/jffs" /mnt
mini_fo: using base directory: /
mini_fo: using storage directory: /jffs

# mount -o move /proc /jffs/proc
mount: /proc is not a block device

# mount --move /proc /jffs/proc
#

package/base-files/files/lib/upgrade/common.sh
package/base-files/files/lib/functions/boot.sh

JUST REPLACE mount -o move' to mount --move'

I never have seen this error on any boot, with the commands in fopivot (firstboot). Perhaps you are having other issues?

This error does occur in sysupgrade, but I believe that is a consequence of trying to move the mini_fo, which is in fact, not supported.

Ok, it looks like this is due to using utils mount rather than busybox mount. I'm working on a patch.
